/p h3Department Introduction /h3 pThe Automotive mNAND RMA team supports customer returns investigation through structured failure analysis, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement of laboratory processes.
The team works in a high?tech semiconductor environment and collaborates with global engineering and quality partners to support root cause identification and product quality improvement.
/p h3Position Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated and diligent Failure Analysis Technician to support Physical Failure Analysis activities in a laboratory environment.
The role focuses on hands?on execution of sample preparation, diagnostic tool operation, electrical characterization support, data documentation, and structured tracking of analysis activities.
The position also contributes to tracking laboratory performance metrics, data quality, equipment care, and continuous improvement initiatives.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecute Physical Failure Analysis tasks to support root cause investigation of memories failures.
/li liPerform sample preparation activities, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and safe handling of samples.
/li liConduct electrical characterization activities, such as curve trace, and support correlation with physical analysis results.
/li liCollect, document, and track analysis data, ensuring completeness and traceability.
/li liSupport laboratory performance metrics monitoring.
/li liCollaborate with engineers and multi?functional team members to ensure timely analysis execution and clear communication of results.
/li liMaintain laboratory safety standards, equipment care, and adherence to procedures.
/li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve analysis quality, workflow efficiency, documentation, and lab performance.
/li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical diploma in Electronics, Mechanics, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
/li liBasic knowledge of electronics, laboratory practices, measurement methods and semiconductor devices.
/li liStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accurate documentation and data traceability.
/li liTeam?oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning, collaboration, innovation.
/li liBasic English communication skills; intermediate English is preferred for interactions with global teams.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liHands?on familiarity with failure analysis tools such as SEM, CSAM, X?Ray, thermal emission, or equivalent laboratory equipment.
/li liExperience with sample preparation techniques such as backlapping, cross?sectioning, soldering, or rework.
/li liBasic experience with electrical characterization methods, including curve trace or similar techniques.
/li liFamiliarity with laboratory tracking systems, Excel, or structured data collection tools, Phyton scripting and AI tools.
/li liKnowledge of semiconductor technologies, failure analysis workflows, or quality/reliability laboratory environments.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job?related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
