Responsibilities
Deal with dealers' online and offline technical problems;
Responsible fortechnical support system requirement input;
Participate in the development of training courses, edited PPT courseware, and participate in after-sales technical training;
Responsible forthe verification and recommend of special tools and diagnostic instruments;
Follow-up and management of technical data;
Responsible forthe establishment of technical case database;
Monitor and solve market quality issue;
Responsible forhandling and improving quality problems;
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above,
major in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred.
At least 5 years of working experience in vehicle aftersales service, technical support or vehicle R&D.;
Fluent in English and Italian.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills

Proficiency in office software and tools.
