What You'll DoStrategic Time & Workflow Management:Mastermind the CEO's complex schedule, prioritizing high-impact priorities and managing international travel logistics seamlessly.
Gatekeeping & Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as the central point of contact for board members, key partners, and internal leadership teams (Finance, HR,

Legal).
Execution & Project Tracking:Keep strategic initiatives on schedule by tracking action items, managing follow-ups, and driving cross-departmental alignment.
High-Level Discretion:Handle sensitive, confidential business data with absolute integrity and sound judgment.
Experience:5+ years supporting C-Level Executives within global or fast-growth organizations.
Languages:Native/FluentEnglish, professionalItalian, and fluentChinese(Mandarin) — essential for our international operations.
Tech Savvy:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and modern digital collaboration tools.
Mindset:Exceptional executive presence, resilience under pressure, and a proactive "get-things-done" attitude.
