/p pWe are seeking a bICT Project Manager /b for our bMilan /b office.
/p pThe ICT Project Manager is responsible for the complete management of complex technology projects, ensuring effective planning, technical coordination, resource management and communication with stakeholders.
The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards, in line with the organisation's strategic objectives.
/p h3Main Activities /h3 ul libProject Planning /b /li liDefine the scope of the project, objectives, deliverables and roadmap.
/li liDevelop detailed project plans, including activities, milestones, effort estimates and budgets.
/li liCoordinate kick?off and planning activities with internal and external teams.
/li /ul ul libTechnical Oversight /b /li liMonitor the technical aspects of the project, ensuring consistency with company architectural and technological standards.
/li liCollaborate with technical teams to define solutions.
/li liValidate technical analyses, designs, test plans and technological deliverables.
/li /ul ul libCapacity Management /b /li liPlan and manage the necessary resources,



ensuring adequate coverage of skills.
/li liMonitor team workloads, availability, and performance.
/li liCollaborate with department managers to define requirements.
/li /ul ul libStakeholder Management /b /li liManage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress, and critical issues.
/li liConduct meetings, steering committee meetings, and periodic communication activities.
/li liFacilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendors.
/li /ul ul libRisk Quality Management /b /li liIdentify risks, dependencies and problems in a timely manner, defining effective mitigation plans.
/li liEnsure compliance with project quality standards and company policies.
/li liMonitor project KPIs and take corrective action when necessary.
/li /ul ul libDelivery Closure /b /li liSupervise the delivery, testing, go-live and handover phases to the operations teams.
/li liCoordinate project closure activities, lessons learned and final reporting.
/li liEnsure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual requirements.
/li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liProven experience (7+ years) in managing complex ICT projects.
/li liExcellent knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile).
/li liPMP certification (Project Management Professional).
/li liSkills in infrastructure, applications and systems integration.
/li liAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural and multi?supplier teams.
/li liKnowledge of PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
/li liExcellent communication and leadership skills.
/li liStrong problem?solving and decision?making skills.
/li liAbility to work in complex and structured environments.
/li liIndependent management of priorities and deadlines.
