/liliPreparation of monthly PL and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
/liliPreparation of quarterly schedules for reporting.
/liliPosting and analysis of monthly accruals and prepayments, ensuring that all items are accurately captured.
/liliPreparation of annual Statutory Accounts to strict deadlines.
/liliGeneration of monthly cash forecasts /liliSupport Global Fixed Asset Team.
/liliResponsible for pension accounting and pension plan administration.
/liliResponsible for Intercompany Charges and posting.
/liliPreparation Submission of the VAT return for Italy entity.
/liliSupport Global Payroll Team in payroll related responsibilities.
/liliSupport site management team prepare quarterly lease schedules /liliEnsure compliance with Sox control procedures and corporate/local policies.
/liliCooperation with pension insurers, external auditors, tax office, tax advisor and other authorities and institutions.
/liliAssist with streamlining processes and transfer of processes to Shared Service Centre, and update of manuals and local policies as required.
/liliActively seek to implement continuous improvement in area of responsibility.
/liliAssistance with Merger Acquisition activity for Italy entities under ADI group where applicable.
/liliAD Duties as required.
/li /ulh3Qualification /h3ulliHold a Business Studies/Commerce degree/Accounting degree and an appropriate professional qualification in Accounting, Payroll and Taxes.
/liliSeveral years of relevant professional experience in connection with the abovementioned responsibilities /liliKnowledge Italian GAAP.
/liliKnowledge U.S GAAP would be an advantage.
/liliGood working knowledge S4 HANA SAP would be an advantage.
/liliGood Excel knowledge.
/liliGood written and spoken English language skills.

/liliExposure to working in a multicurrency environment.
/liliHigh sense of urgency is crucial.
/liliHands on pragmatic approach to problem solving.
/liliHighly effective communicator.
/liliHighly motivated and work well on own initiative.
/liliAn ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
/li /ulpThe pay range for this position in Italy is €52,360 to €75,820.
(base salary)
This range may change if you are hired in another location.
The stated range may be inclusive of several levels within this role and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location.
Applicants interested in this role who are not located in the primary location may request the applicable pay range for their location during the interview process if an alternative location is an option.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based premio, the criteria for which are based on company factors and will be shared during the recruitment process.
This role may also be eligible for variable compensation, paid annual leave, and supplemental benefits as applicable under local policy and the terms and conditions of employment.
