/p pWe are looking for an bAftersales Area Manager /b who is ready to support the development of our Italian network and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience.
/p h3What You Will Do /h3 pIn this role, you will: /p ul liProvide on?site support and consulting within the Changan Italy Network.
/li liDrive commercial development and help achieve After?sales organizational and sales targets.
/li liPromote contractual products and initiatives tied to Changan Italy partnerships.
/li liWork with Partners to deliver high?quality service and boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
/li liSupport participation in promotional initiatives developed by Changan.
/li liMonitor service KPIs and analyze surveys, performance data, and promotional actions.
/li liEnsure compliance with After?sales standards defined in active contracts.
/li liManage Workshop Tests and prepare related action plans.
/li liAnalyze territory and Network capacity to improve productivity.
/li liSupport the Network on technical topics,

warranties, CRM activities, and marketing actions.
/li liMonitor the correct use of the Changan brand and identify any unauthorized applications.
/li liPrepare reports and presentations related to Aftersales activities.
/li liAvailability for frequent national travel.
/li liProfessional proficiency in both Italian and English.
/li liDegree in technical, economic, or legal disciplines.
/li liKnowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, and database systems.
/li libSolid experience in the automotive sector.
/b /li liStrong teamwork and communication skills within a dynamic, high?energy environment.
/li liPlay a key role in an bexciting market?launch and start?up phase /b.
