pBased at Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina, the Head Pastry Chef leads the pastry and bakery production for all resort outlets during pre-opening and ongoing operations.
You will report to the Executive Chef and set up the pastry operation with creative, high-quality desserts.
/ppThe role requires a professional pastry qualification and a minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury pastry, with pre-opening experience considered a strong advantage.
English is required; Italian is an advantage.
