/ph3What we are looking for /h3pThe Advanced Digital Innovation Center (ADIC) at CMCC Foundation is looking for a motivated and well?organised Junior Project Manager to support the operational management, communication and dissemination activities of its European and national research projects.
Working alongside the Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of funded projects, while also supporting communication, stakeholder engagement and dissemination activities.

/ph3Role /h3pThe Junior Project Manager reports to the Senior Project Manager and supports the operational coordination and day?to?day management of ADIC's portfolio of European and national research projects.
The role contributes to project management activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, including both pre?award and post?award phases, from proposal preparation to project implementation, reporting, financial monitoring, and project closure.
The Junior Project Manager also supports dissemination, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities, working in close collaboration with researchers, project managers, work package leaders, consortium partners, administrative offices, and CMCC's Communication Office.

/liliMonitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, deadlines,



and resource allocation.
/liliSupport budget monitoring, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting.
/liliContribute to the preparation of project management deliverables, technical reports, and financial documentation.
/liliSupport compliance with contractual, legal, institutional, and funding requirements.
/liliMaintain accurate project documentation and support day?to?day project administration.
/liliSupport project reviews, audits, and monitoring activities.
/liliCoordinate day?to?day interactions with researchers, internal teams, consortium partners, donors, and funding bodies.
/liliSupport pre?award activities, including proposal preparation, budget development, and project design.
/liliContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices within ADIC.
/li /ulpbCommunication, dissemination and stakeholder engagement /b /pulliSupport the planning and implementation of dissemination, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities.
/liliSupport the development, maintenance, and regular updating of project communication tools and channels, including websites and online platforms.
/liliPrepare, publish, and update content for project websites and digital channels, including news, events, and project results.
/liliSupport the management of project social media activities in coordination with CMCC's Communication Office.
/liliPrepare communication materials, including presentations, factsheets, newsletters, visual content, and social media posts.
/liliCoordinate inputs from researchers, work package leaders, and project partners to ensure timely and consistent dissemination of project activities and results.
/liliSupport stakeholder mapping and engagement activities.
/liliSupport the organisation and promotion of project events, workshops, meetings, and webinars.
/liliContribute to public deliverables, reports, and other documentation related to dissemination and communication activities.
/liliMonitor communication and dissemination activities, including the collection of indicators and supporting evidence required for reporting.
/liliEnsure compliance with the communication, visibility, and branding requirements of European and national funding programmes.
/liliSupport ADIC's broader communication, dissemination, and outreach activities.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3pbEssential /b /pulliMaster's degree in project management, communication, economics, political science, international relations, social sciences, environmental sciences, digital media or another relevant field.
/lili2–4 years of professional experience in project management, project support, communication, dissemination or outreach activities,



preferably within European and/or national research projects.
/liliExperience in supporting project administration, reporting, budget monitoring and compliance.
/liliExperience in communication and dissemination activities within research, academic, institutional or project?based environments.
/liliStrong organisational and time?management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/liliAbility to prepare clear and effective written and visual communication materials for different audiences.
/liliExcellent command of English, both written and spoken.
/liliVery good command of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
/liliAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary and international teams.
/liliProactive attitude, attention to detail and problem?solving mindset.
/li /ulpbDesirable / Additional assets /b /pulliExperience with Horizon Europe or previous EU Framework Programmes.
/liliExperience in research organisations, universities or innovation centres.
/liliExperience in supporting proposal preparation and budgeting.
/liliFamiliarity with project management, financial reporting and website management tools.
/liliExperience in managing project websites, online platforms and social media channels.
/liliKnowledge of consortium management, donor relations and stakeholder engagement.
/liliBasic graphic design and digital communication skills.
/liliInterest in climate science, digital innovation, artificial intelligence, data science or high?performance computing.
/liliKnowledge of Italian language will be considered an asset.
/li /ulh3Duration, compensation benefits /h3ulliThe successful candidate will be based at the CMCC Lecce office.
/liliThe contract offered for this position will be a Coordinated and Continuous Collaboration contract (Co.Co.Co.), starting as soon as possible, with an initial duration of one year and the possibility of renewal.
/liliThe gross annual salary range for this position is €28,000–€40,000.
The salary offered within this range will be determined based on years of relevant experience, seniority level, and specific technical skills, applying objective and gender?neutral criteria.
/liliWelfare package of €2,000 per year.
/liliFlexible working hours in accordance with internal policies.
/liliAssistance with the immigration process, if required.
