WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAdministrates outbound distribution flows from the control tower assigned warehouse/factory to all related destination countries. Keeps close communication with sales/service teams, consignees, warehouse and factories providers and forwarders to control the distribution processes in line with expectations. Applies empiric controls to manage the end-to-end supply chain performance, takes book-ins with consignees and manages incidents through return and claim handling processes.
Responsibilities & Duties:

- Answer logistics related questions from sales/service colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. Engage in troubleshooting and follow up inquiries in a structured way until the case has been resolved.
- Process and arrange book-ins with customers and schedule deliveries to arrive on‑time.
- Advise sales/service teams on available logistics services to meet specific customer shipping requirements (e.g. route coding).
