Hours:20 hours per week, distributed over 5 working days;

Your role
This position involves providing both operational and managerial support to the daily activities of the school, contributing to its smooth and efficient functioning.
We are looking for a dynamic individual, with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Guiding and supporting teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events
Monitoring student progress and ensuring meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...)
Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story
Managing and updating school systems and records, including accurate data entry related to students, classes, attendance, and academic progress
What You Need
Full proficiency in English (C2 level)
Positive attitude and energy to inspire children
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage operational tasks effectively
Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record
Salary
We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A).
The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
