/p h3Your role: /h3 pAs a Contract Manager, you will support Proposal and Sales teams during the offer preparation and negotiation phases, contributing to the analysis, identification, and evaluation of contractual and legal risks and adoption of mitigation actions.
Additionally, you will assist Project Managers during the contract execution phase, helping to monitor contractual obligations, manage claims-related aspects, and ensure alignment with agreed terms and conditions and compliance with Italian Law.
/p h3You'll make an impact by: /h3 ul liproviding clear contractual analysis and advice to sales/proposal and project manager teams on matters concerning contractual obligations, contract risk, and claim management in collaboration with legal department; /li limanaging daily commercial and contractual issues; /li lisupporting, from a contractual and legal point of view, proposal/sales teams during the contract negotiation; /li liensuring mitigation of risks both during negotiation and execution phases; /li lireviewing incoming correspondence of client and/or suppliers/subcontractors, and drafting official correspondence; /li lipreparing variation orders, change requests, and claims, including the development and definition of the related strategy; /li liManaging the resolution of disputes at the pre-litigation stage and drafting settlement agreements.

/h3 h3Core Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Law; /li liAt least 3 years' post-qualification experience; /li liUnderstanding of contracts' risks and potential legal and financial consequences associated therewith; /li liExcellent knowledge of Italian Civil Law; /li liKnowledge of general contractual standards; /li liUse of independent judgment in resolution of contract claim issues; /li liProficiency in Italian and English; /li liEligibility to work in Italy.
/li /ul h3Preferred Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in complex projects, including risk assessment and claims management activities; /li liNegotiation skills with clients/suppliers/subcontractors; /li liKnowledge of Italian Public Procurement Law.

The pay range for this position is €*****–€***** annually.
The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
