ph3Job Description Summary /h3pYou will be responsible for providing formal technical and clinical training to customers: doctors and bio-medical engineers that have purchased a GE HealthCare Ultrasound product.
Responsibilities include on-going post-sale customer support, and on-site clinical visits for education sessions.
Responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities.
Location: Toscana, Emilia Romagna /ph3Roles and Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide technical and clinical information to customers by demonstrating the full range of product features and benefits.
/liliDevelop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software and applications of the GE Healthcare portfolio of scanners and post-processing workstation.
/liliProvide post-training reports, regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs for the internal Sales and Service organization.
/liliMonitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings, optimization of the performances of the GE Healthcare equipment utilized by users.
/liliSupport trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE Healthcare product demonstration and workstation promotion as well as customer training.
/liliSupport product launches and advise the sales force during acquisition.
/liliWork closely with the Account Managers, as well as other local team members, during multiple phases of the sales and implementation processes, helping to raise and develop commercial opportunities.
/liliUse product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools.
/liliIncrease orders, sales, margin, and share through world-class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships, and educational support for regional sales team, local/national "show sites" and regional customer base.
These roles require specialty clinical qualifications.
/liliDeveloping in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups.
Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
/liliMonitor clinical trends, technologies and product introduction by competitors to help build commercial strategies and preferences among customers.
/liliIn-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
/li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's or master's degree in biomedical Engineering or related.
/liliEasy to establish relationships with people, open and flexible to work outside of the office.
/liliWillingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide for training, sales meetings and tradeshows /liliTo the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record /liliSolid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers) /liliSelf-motivated,
willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve /liliTeam oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset /liliAbility to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time /liliStrong oral and written communication skills.

Established project management skills.
