Amilon is looking for aSenior Business Developerto support the growth of its business in Italy, with a focus on theGift Card and Fringe Benefits market.
The role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients, particularly within the HR sector.
Location:Italy
Salary:€40,000 – €45,000 gross per annum (base salary)
? Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage theItalian B2B market, with a focus on Gift Cards and Fringe Benefits.
Identify and prospectnew corporate clients, particularly HR departments and decision-makers.
Manage thefull sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Contribute to the development of thesales strategyin collaboration with the Sales Manager and Business Development team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with other Sales teams to ensure a consistent approach and contribute to shared revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
? Requirements
3+ years of experiencein Business Development or similar commercial roles.
Experience inFringe Benefits, Meal Vouchers, Welfare, HR services, or related industries is preferred.
Proven experience innew business development and customer acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-oriented and consultative approach.
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Professional-levelEnglish.
Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
