ppThe Demand Planner role, reporting to Italy Demand Planning Leader, is responsible for building accurate demand forecasts and ensuring strong alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
Ensure the Initiatives Master Plan is executed in line with timings, volumes and Company KPIs.
The role plays a key part in the SOP process, supporting business decisions and optimizing inventory performance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with high international exposure.
/p ul liAnalyze sales trends and monitor the impact of marketing campaigns and promotions /li liActively contribute to the SOP process with detailed forecasting analysis and cross-functional alignment /li liDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models /li liCoordinate and align forecasts with product launches,



promotions and supply constraints /li liManage large and complex product portfolios (hundreds of SKUs) /li liSupport decision-making across cluster and global teams /li liMonitor inventory performance and suggest corrective actions /li /ul h3THE WELLA IDEAL FIT /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain or other relevant fields; /li liA minimum of 5 years' experience in Demand Planning/forecasting roles /li liProven experience managing complex portfolios (hundreds of SKUs) /li liExperience with demand planning tool (BlueYonder preferred; JDA) /li liMandatory: SAP knowledge /li liFluency in english is a must-have /li liGood analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude /li liCollaboration and stakeholder management, team work attitude /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
