Role:Committed to develop your career in IT within large corporations?Keen on customer support?Willing to work within an international working environment?Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.What about your responsibilities?Independently resolve on-site incidents and service requestsProvide VIP user supportDeliver end-to-end Digital Bar / Walk-in centre supportPerform meeting room & AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment’s)Act as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teamsManage printer and MFP supportSupport PC refresh activitiesManage ticketing systemEnsure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)Local stock managementLocation: San Giorgio Monferrato (Alessandria - fully onsite) - Occasional support on other sites nearbyContract: 1-year fixed-term (possibility to convert into permanent)Please send your CV in English and we will be glad to share some more insights with you!Requirements:2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar roleExperience in OS,
