Sonoco is seeking an IT Specialist, Field Services Support to ensure reliable end-user computing and local IT infrastructure across our Italian plants and offices. You will be the onsite liaison for incident resolution, deployments, and IT initiatives, with regular travel between sites.

Responsibilities include Level 2 on-site user support, hardware/software issue resolution, device imaging, and site technology management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
