AI Kosmo is seeking a German, Italian and English speaking Customer Success Manager to join our fully remote team. You will onboard new customers, foster relationships and perform quality checks while supporting multi-language inquiries 24/7.

With flexible hours and quarterly in-person meetups, you will own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, identify potential customers through outreach, and collaborate with the product team to improve the experience.
