GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer Italy to join the Europe regional team, delivering Level 2 technical support for solar, PV, and energy storage products. The role is remote within Italy, involving collaboration with distributors, installation partners, and the HQ service/R&D; teams to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
You will train the L1 teams, handle international inquiries, and help position GoodWe as a Tier 1 service provider in Europe.
