Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering is seeking a manager to lead the site engineering team, uphold safety, and ensure high equipment availability for the Fulfillment Center. You will drive compliance programs, support recruitment for skilled roles, and participate in network-wide improvements.

The role includes 15% travel and requires a technical degree with multi-disciplinary expertise; PLC knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time position based at Rome, ITA.
