Fendi is seeking a dynamic Client Experience Training Manager to shape the evolution of our global client experience roadmap. Based in Rome at Fendi HQ, this role leads learning paths for onboarding, client experience, and leadership across the boutique network, with responsibility for a small team.

You will develop 360 training programs blending in-person and digital learning, set success measures on KPIs and NPS, report outcomes, and partner with regional teams to translate strategy into floor
