We are looking for a Client Services Intern to join the Euronext Clearing Client Services team. The position will be based in Rome, and start in November. You will report to the Client Services Manager (Grilletto).You will primarily be responsible for:* Supporting the Client Support team in the day-to-day management of operational cases and client requests* Assisting in monitoring incidents, collecting information and preparing analyses under the guidance of senior team members* Supporting the preparation of internal documentation, operational procedures and client communications* Contributing to testing activities for new functionalities and operational improvements* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client service processes and operational efficiency* Learning about clearing operations,
