/li /ulh3This Role Is Tailor-Made For You Because /h3pYou're a hands on engineering manager who loves making stores run flawlessly - from POS and payments to clienteling and store reporting - and you know how to turn business needs into reliable, observable software and smooth store operations.
You're comfortable leading vendor resources, partnering with Store Operations, and diving into new store openings while improving day to day reliability.
/ph3A Day In The Life /h3h3Your Key Responsibilities include: /h3pbOwn store technology delivery operations.
/bLeadfeature development and on?call forbPOS, clienteling, store reporting, and payments /b; run incident/root cause analysis, harden releases, and monitor uptime, authorization success rates, and tender reliability.
bLaunch scale new stores and relocations.
/bPartner withRetailOps to stage POS devices, payment terminals, and clienteling iPads forbnew store openings /b; ensure configuration, integrations, security, and acceptance tests are complete before doors open.
bIntegrate payments clienteling.
/bWork with payment and POS partners and clienteling platforms to deliver frictionless checkout and associate workflows, aligning SDKs, APIs, and compliance requirements.
bEnable omnichannel store experiences.
/bCoordinate with Global OMS and eCommerce teams to supportbBOPIS, ship?from?store /b,

and remote selling; track store?level SLAs and inventory price accuracy that underpin these journeys.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for hardware, software, and network services.
Participate in strategic planning forretailtechnology evolution and innovation.
Ensure high availability and performance ofretailapplications, including CRM, mPOS, and store network infrastructure.

/bMaintain dashboards for latency, error budgets, device health, and store uptime; prioritize backlogs with data; align release calendars with trade/holiday peaks and change?management controls.
/ph3Requirements /h3ulliMinimum 8 years of experience inIT, with at least 6 years in aretail-focused environment.
/liliProven track record of managing and deploying modern POS systems andretailapplications.
/liliStrong understanding ofretailoperations, store infrastructure, and customer-facing technologies.
/liliExperience with project management methodologies and tools.
/liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/liliFluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
/liliWillingness to travel acrossItaly and EU regions as needed with overnight travel.
