ph3Role Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a Tender Manager for Secure Power to lead contract, bid, and proposal management, analyze RFQs, and prepare accurate costing using established processes and tools.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the entire bid process, including development of technical and commercial offers, and oversee internal approval.
/li liCoordinate internal communication and follow?ups to ensure offers are complete on schedule.
/li liMaintain reliable communication with key stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
/li liEngage with clients to explain Schneider Electric solutions, gather requirements, and develop competitive, client?satisfying architectures.
/li liPresent added value of offers from technical and economic perspectives to customers.
/li liBuild and maintain strong customer relationships from tendering perspective, working closely with the sales team.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in an Engineering discipline, ideally Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
/li liClear customer?oriented vision.
/li liKnowledge of Offer and Application.
/li liAbility to work effectively in a group setting, team?oriented and results?driven.
/li liResults?oriented, critical thinking and problem?solving skills.
/li liInfluence and convince skills.
