/p h3Team and Scope /h3 pThe resource will be part of the Data Platform Analytics team, a multidisciplinary team that supports clients in designing, managing, and implementing Data Analytics and Business Intelligence solutions on the Microsoft platform, with particular focus on Microsoft Fabric.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop Data Analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric for national and international clients at medium/large scale.
/li liCreate data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Data Factory, Dataflow Gen2, and Notebook Spark (PySpark).
/li liWork on Lakehouse and Warehouse architecture on Microsoft Fabric, applying Medallion Architecture (bronze, silver, gold).
/li liDevelop semantic models and datasets to support Power BI reporting.
/li liCollaborate with Senior Data Engineers, Analysts, and Project Managers in analysis, design, development, testing, and release of solutions.
/li liLearn and apply best practices in data governance, security, and data quality.
/li liGrow through a structured path of training and certification on the Microsoft Data Platform ecosystem.
/li /ul h3Ideal Candidate Profile /h3 ul liApproximately 2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration and/or Business Intelligence.
/li liStrong knowledge of the SQL language.
/li liUnderstanding of Data Warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL/ELT.
/li liInterest or experience in the Microsoft Data Platform ecosystem (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI, SQL Server).
/li liTeam player, excellent communication skills, and strong problem?solving attitude.
/li liDegree (bachelor or master) in engineering, computer science,
mathematics or other scientific disciplines.
/li liGood written and spoken English.
/li liFamiliarity with Python, Spark or notebook analytics is a plus.
/li liKnowledge of Power BI is a plus.
/li /ul h3Core Requirements /h3 ul liStrong SQL skills and knowledge of relational database concepts.
/li liComprehensive understanding of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts.
/li liMotivation to learn and specialize in Microsoft Fabric.
/li liExperience, also academic, with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or Azure Data Platform.
/li liBasic knowledge of Python, PySpark or scripting languages for data transformation.
/li liFamiliarity with DevOps tools and version control (Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub).
/li liBasic knowledge of M language, DAX and data modeling techniques for Power BI.
/li liIntroductory Microsoft certifications (e.g., DP?900, PL?300, DP?600, DP?700).
