/p h3What you'll do: /h3 h3People Operations /h3 ulliSupport onboarding offboarding flows /liliMaintain employee records in our HRIS /liliDraft employment contracts and HR documents /liliHelp monitor compliance (GDPR, labor law) /liliBe the first point of contact for HR tools processes /li /ul h3Talent Acquisition /h3 ulliSupport to manage the ATS (Factorial) /liliScreen CVs and coordinate interviews /liliTrack recruiting KPIs and pipeline dashboards /liliEnsure a great candidate experience end-to-end /li /ul h3Who we're looking for /h3 ulliStudying or recently graduated in Economics, Psychology, Communications,
