Mandarin Oriental, Rome is seeking a Personal Assistant to the General Manager. Based at the Rome property, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and drafting documents.

You will assist with strategic projects, manage the hotel gallery and seasonal boutique, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Quality, Rooms Division and F&B; to ensure seamless internal communication and project alignment.
