What You'll Do:
Maintenance Tech-Biola, CA
- Perform daily inspection and maintenance on assigned equipment/area, including mechanical cleaning, lubrication, rebuilding, installation, and removal
- Perform maintenance or repairs on all formulation, packaging, and other equipment as assigned without jeopardizing safety or quality
- Assist in layout, assembly,
and installation of piping and pumps associated with production, to include installation, repair, and replacement of gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment as instructed
- Assist in repair and maintenance of physical structure and utilities as instructed
- Recognize baseline operating conditions for assigned equipment and understand when those conditions are not being met
- Maintain clean, safe and organized work environment at all times
- Follow all safety policies and procedures including but not limited to LOTO, confined space, hot work, line and forklift operation
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, agricultural processing, or production environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including pumps, gearboxes, bearings, compressors, boilers, and pneumatic equipment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repair
