We are offering professional experience in an international environment and the opportunity to strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills /ph3Role Overview /h3pThe ICT Application Specialist will join the ICT Team and support the maintenance, evolution, and daily operation of business applications, with a focus on ERP systems, mainly SAP Business One, in Operations-driven environments.
/ppThe role combines functional knowledge of ERP processes with technical skills and first-level IT support, acting as a key interface between business users, internal ICT teams, and external vendors.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCollect, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP and operational processes, translating them into functional specifications.
/liliSupport SAP Business One application, especially in Operations areas (Logistics, Distribution, Procurement, Sales).
/liliAct as first-level (L1) IT support for general IT and application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and user assistance.
/liliCollaborate with business users to understand workflows, identify gaps, and propose system-based solutions.
/liliSupport the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between ERP and other applications (e.g. B2B, CRM, WMS, reporting tools, third-party systems).




/liliCoordinate with external vendors and consultants for application support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
/liliAssist in testing activities, including test case preparation, execution, and data validation.
/liliSupport change requests and minor enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and agreed timelines.
/liliProvide user support and contribute to training activities to ensure correct adoption of system functionalities.
/liliMaintain application documentation, procedures, and user guidelines.
/li /ulh3Requirements Experience /h3ulliBachelor's or master's degree in engineering or economics.
/lili3-5 years of experience in IT Application Support, ERP Analyst, or Application Specialist roles, ideally within a multinational environment.
/liliHands-on experience with SAP Business One in operations-driven environments (manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain).
/liliGood understanding of end-to-end business and ERP operational processes.
/liliExperience with basic application integrations (APIs, interfaces, data exchange, EDI) /liliWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases; Power BI is a plus.
/liliAdvanced use of MS Office tools and general IT awareness for first-level support.
/liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
/liliGood communication skills, capable of interacting with both business users and technical teams.
/liliProactive and service-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a team.
