The Impact You'll MakeAs a Maintenance and Spare Parts Specialist based in Pomezia, you'll play an important role in helping keep our production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure operating safely and efficiently.

Working closely with the Senior Service & Facility Manager, you'll use data, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise to improve equipment reliability and support business performance.This role offers the opportunity to grow within an international organization where you can gain hands-on experience, take ownership of improvement initiatives, and contribute to the success of a dynamic manufacturing environment.What You'll Be DoingSupport the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across production equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructureAnalyze equipment failure data and maintenance performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesInvestigate recurring equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to improve reliabilityMonitor key maintenance and operational KPIs and use insights to support continuous improvement initiativesManage and review spare parts inventory levels, helping to ensure availability of critical components while reducing obsolete stockWhat We're Looking ForEssential QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systemsAt least 3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, engineering,
