/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the team in managing complex cases, fostering collaboration and sharing expertise to ensure high-quality solutions and optimal outcomes for intermediaries/client /li liIn alignment with the LoB Manager, define and execute strategic business development initiatives aligned with the Company's growth and underwriting objectives /li liSupport/drive initiatives aimed at achieving profitable growth within the Accident Health business with a strong focus on Employee Benefits and Affinity solutions /li liDevelop and strengthen partnerships with brokers, corporate clients and affinity partner expanding distribution channels and market presence /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent qualifications /li liAt least 5 years of experience in the Accident Health (AH)
