HSE Specialist - Construction | Solar, BESS, Wind
Location:Italy (Remote with regular travel to site)
Salary:Up to around €55,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Piper Maddox are supporting one of our key IPP clients in Europe with aHSE Specialistfocusing on the delivery of utility-scaleSolar PV and BESS projectsacross Italy.
You'll be responsible for maintaining high HSE standards throughout construction and commissioning, working closely with contractors, site teams and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Italian HSE legislation and company standards.
Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and contractor evaluations.
Review RAMS, safety plans and HSE documentation.
Manage non-conformities and support incident/near-miss investigations.
Monitor HSE KPIs and drive continuous improvement.




Promote a strong safety culture across project sites.
Requirements
5+ years' HSE experiencein construction, ideally Solar, BESS or Wind.
Strong knowledge ofD.Lgs.
******* and D.Lgs.
********.
Experience withISO ***** / ISO *****.
Strong contractor management and site-based HSE experience.
ASPP/RSPP or CSP/CSEqualifications desirable.
Fluent Italian and good English.
Relevant HSE, engineering or technical qualification.
