As Proposal Manager, you will respond to the Head of Energy Carriers Tendering Department and be part of the ENCAR.
You will plan, coordinate and control the execution of the proposal, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and management of the bidding project team (engineering, procurement, construction and staff functions such as legal, fiscal, insurance, finance)
- Monitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectives
- Development of complete proposals for projects of any contractual scope (from reimbursable feasibility services to turn key EPC lump sum)
- Analyse Contract requirements and conditions in conjuction with commercial and legal functions
- Technical/commercial/contractual negotiations with clients, partners and vendors/sub-contractors
- Ensure definition /review of the costs estimating developed by estimator
- Prepare the assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with proposals
- Ensure the submittal of the Proposal to the Client
What are we looking for?
Education:
Master’s Degree or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in an Economic field
Experience: minimum 5 years within oil & gas, petrochemical, renewable or floaters sectors
Technical/IT Skills:
- Open minded and willing to work in a flexible and agile manner
- Communication and relational skills
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Preferably 2+ years of work experience in the Operation and Maintenance (O&M;) sector

You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the project assigned.
