As a Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic goals.
Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop innovative solutions
Design and implement tailored strategies and business models
Lead project workstreams and deliver high-quality deliverables on time
Present findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence
Support junior team members and contribute to their professional development

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice
Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal writing
Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Adapt quickly to different industries and business environments
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in consulting or relevant industry positionsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approachStrong business acumen and industry insightsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProven track record of developing creative solutions from strategy to implementationDemonstrated leadership potential and experience working in diverse teamsProficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)Outstanding project management and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCommitment to excellence and continuous learningStrong research and report writing abilitiesAdaptability to different industries and client needsFluency in English and Italian; additional language skills are advantageous
