Coloplast is seeking a Commercial Development Analyst in Bologna to turn raw data into reliable segmentation, KPI reports, and performance analyses that guide strategic decisions. You will build trackers and dashboards, own data integrity across CRM and reporting sources, and partner with the BI team to maximize commercial impact.

With a 12-month fixed-term contract, the role requires 3+ years in analytical roles, a Finance/Business degree, and fluency in Italian and English.
