Our Stylists are the ambassadors of the Maison, in charge of welcoming every guest into the Chloé family. Ensures every client is welcome and well taken care of, taking pride in developing long‑term relationships
Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them
Implements personalized reach‑out campaigns and utilizes all tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe
Offers excellent customer service and improve individual business performance
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
~1/2 years of previous experience in retail sales and operations
~ Fluent in Italian and English. Any third language is considered a plus
~ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
