Maison Valentino is seeking a Talent & Performance Junior Specialist to support the daily management of global Performance and Talent Management processes. You will draft materials, run communication plans, and provide timely analysis and reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in Italian and English. You will work with the Digital HR team and various countries in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
