Communication, Career and Industry Relations Senior Manager or Manager
Reporting directly to the Rome School Director, the Communication, Career and Industry Relations Senior Manager/Manager will oversee communication, career services, and industry relations activities in Rome. The role will be responsible for managing the career services and communications budgets,
while leading the team in delivering on the institution’s strategic goals.
The selected candidate will take care of the following activities:
Communications

- Oversee communications activities in Rome, in alignment with NABA brand strategy and brand positioning.
- Oversee events organization in Rome, and social media activities for the Rome campus.
- Together with the School Director and the Head of Enrollment and Student Services, plan advertising campaigns and promo activities to support the sales team and implement communication activities to strengthen the brand positioning in the territory.
Career Services

- Develop and execute strategic plans for the career services office.
- Supervise the organization of career fairs and alumni reunions in Rome.
- Foster and maintain employer relationships to generate job and internship opportunities for students and alumni.
