e.You will own the full pre-contract cycle, from first mapping of an opportunity to the signed order,

working side by side with the Managing Director and the Project & Commissioning Director
What you will
- doBuild and maintain the opportunity pipeline for data centre, energy and mission-critical programmes in Italy and selected EU markets: developers, hyperscalers, colocation operators, funds, general contractors and MEP contractor
- s.Run the CRM as a decision-making tool, not an archive: qualification, stage discipline, forecast on signed backlog, weekly commercial reportin
- g.Manage prequalification and vendor listing: supplier registration portals, PQQ, corporate and HSE documentation, certifications, references, insurance and framework agreement
- s.Coordinate the production of technical-economic proposals: scope definition with the technical team, day-rate and man-day build-up, resource loading, assumptions and exclusions, commercial terms, final formatting on corporate templat
