Sales Executive – Italian Market (Milan hub)

We are seeking an Account Executive to drive our commercial growth across the Italian market, with a base in Milan. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients, leveraging Contents’ AI platform to support their digital transformation. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong understanding of the Italian business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full sales cycle across key accounts in Italy
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activities, events, referrals, and partnerships
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to both technical and business stakeholders
- Develop tailored commercial proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company targets and strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership on go-to-market initiatives for Italy
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Join Us If

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing medium to long sales cycles
- Strong knowledge of the Italian market and business culture
- Existing network across industries such as retail, banking, telco, or manufacturing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian or any other language is a plus
- Based in Milan or willing to relocate
