In this role you bridge R&D; and Supply Chain to ensure materials, suppliers, costs, quality, and timelines support breakthrough products. You will coordinate across R&D;, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and project management to drive efficiency and sustainability. You’ll integrate supply chain requirements into development activities and optimize total cost of ownership. This position offers cross-functional impact and a chance to shape value chain strategies for new products.

- Lead and coordinate all SCM activities for assigned R&D; projects with on-time delivery

- Serve as the SCM representative within R&D; projects and interface between engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing

- Integrate SCM requirements into product development to optimize cost, quality, and tech performance

- Develop and evaluate value chain strategies for new products,



considering total cost of ownership and sustainability

- Ensure timely availability of materials for R&D; programs and improve material flow and processes

- Analyze SCM data to identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation plans

- Prepare SCM deliverables, documentation, reports, and stakeholder presentations for project gate reviews

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 3 years in SCM, R&D;, Procurement or related environment

- Experience in sourcing, supplier management, and xysqume project-based supply chain processes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and cultures

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results

- Experience in risk management, cost optimization, project management, or sustainability initiatives (advantage)
