The Quality Plant Manager will oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role is based in Avellino and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in quality management.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement the Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 and business objectives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all functions
- Lead internal and external audit activities, managing relationships with certification bodies
- Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee non-conformities, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Manage supplier quality, including evaluation, qualification, and audits
- Ensure control of processes, documentation, and product quality from incoming materials to final release




- Promote data-driven decision-making through the use of statistical tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and technical teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team

Requisiti: A successful Quality Plant Manager should have:

A successful Quality Plant Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience Significant experience in Quality roles within manufacturing/industrial environments xysqume Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems Experience in leading audits and managing certification processes Solid understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies Proven leadership and team management skills Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with statistical tools and quality methodologies Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related IT systems English proficiency: B2/C1 level
