Senior Asset Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating biomethane projects in Italy while leading a team of Asset Managers. You ensure that projects are executed successfully during construction and operation, while supporting your team in solving technical, commercial and organisational challenges.

You act as the main coordination interface between Asset Management, management, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Lead and coordinate a team of minimum 3 Asset Managers

- Support Asset Managers in project execution and problem solving

- Ensure alignment of project priorities and workloads within the team

- Act as escalation point for complex technical or commercial topics

- Support professional development of Asset Managers

- Ensure reporting quality and consistency across all Italian projects

Project & Asset Management

-

- Act as Asset Manager for selected strategic projects if required

- Supervise construction and operational performance of assigned assets

- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and performance targets

- Coordinate risk management and mitigation actions across projects

Stakeholder & Internal Coordination





-

- Main interface between Asset Management and senior management

- Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Legal and Service departments

- Support contract management and partner relationships

- Ensure structured communication between Italian projects and headquarters

- Monitor asset performance and financial results of the Italian portfolio

- Ensure reporting on project KPIs, risks and opportunities

- Support optimization of operational performance

- Identify improvement opportunities across the asset portfolio

Travel

-

- Regular travel to Italian project sites

- Meetings with partners, investors and suppliers

- Support critical project phases on site when required ( Latium, Campania, Basilikata, Apulia and Calabria.)

Your Profile

-

- Degree in Engineering, Business or xysqume a related field

- Several years of experience in project management, asset management or infrastructure projects

- Experience in renewable energy or biomethane is a strong advantage

- Leadership experience or strong potential to lead teams

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Structured and solution-oriented working style

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Willingness to travel frequently
