Role Summary:
As a Hardware PCB Engineer at AL2Tech, you will play a crucial role in the design and validation of complex PCB for our cutting-edge products. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary experienced team to design, validate, and bring to mass prduction new products.

Responsibilities:
Hardware architecture definition and component selection
Design multi-layer PCBs using Altium Designer.
Create detailed schematics and layout designs based on system requirements and specifications.
Select appropriate components and materials for PCB fabrication.
Develop and execute test plans to validate PCB functionality and performance.
Perform debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve design issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in PCB design and layout.
Proficiency with PCB design software such as Altium Designer.
Strong understanding of electronic components, circuit design, analog and digital circuitry-
Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and familiarity with microcontrollers and microprocessors.
Experience with debugging tools and techniques.
Knowledge of power management strategies and performance optimization.
Experience with the following platform: STM32, Nordic MCU, ESP32,Microchip, NXP
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with IoT technologies and connected systems is a plus.
