We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our M Renewables team in Italyfor the construction of utility-scale solar projects.

Responsibilities:

-

- studies deeply project SOW including engineering drawings, BOM, material purchase orders and subcontract requisitions

- reports project progress to the Project Manager

- oversees, with the help of site engineers, subcontractors's installation works

- reports daily about the material received onsite liaise, in collaboration with Procurement and Logistics departments, with suppliers to arrange the material deliveries

- monitors compliance with Melen Energy & Metals technical requirements and all the applicable norms and standards

- manage the site facilities from a technical and administrative point of view.

- Rent offices, provide the necessary utilities (water, electricity, internet), organize cleaning activities stipulating contract with local suppliers

- liaise with DL and CSE where necessary

- be nominated as safety responsible of the site ("preposto alla sicurezza")

What you bring to the role:

-

- minimum 5 years working experience as site manager within construction

- University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plusexcellent use of Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD

- leadership and negotiation skills

- attention to details

- willingness to relocate fluent knowledge of Italian and English
