With elevated responsibility due to a more streamlined Sommelier structure, the Sommelier supports the full wine service cycle - from cellar maintenance to service execution - ensuring impeccable wine quality, accurate pairings, and full readiness for peak service periods. The role also supports wine training, contributes to beverage revenue, and plays a key part in achieving guest satisfaction and operational excellence under the guidance of the Head Sommelier. xysqume
