Vertiv is seeking a Lean Specialist to drive continuous improvement across three production plants in Udine.

You will partner with Manufacturing Managers to deploy Lean Manufacturing, improving safety, quality, delivery, cost and overall performance. xysqume

You will lead shop-floor workshops, train teams on 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED and Standard Work, monitor KPIs, tackle bottlenecks, support FMEA with R&D;, and report on the effectiveness of improvements.
