Today, My Trip to Italia is expanding beyond traditional travel operations, developing an integrated business platform across Travel, Hospitality and Real Estate, with projects and partnerships connected to high-end tourism and Italian destinations.
We are looking for an Executive Officer to work directly with the company’s leadership and take responsibility for coordinating day-to-day operations, business development and the execution of strategic priorities.
This is a hands-on executive role for a person with strong personality, sound judgement and the ability to turn decisions into concrete results.
The Executive Officer will act as a key operational and managerial point of reference for the company,
working closely with the leadership team.
The role will include:
Overseeing day-to-day business operations and ensuring effective execution of company priorities.
Coordinating different departments and external partners across Travel, Hospitality and Real Estate activities.
Translating strategic decisions into concrete actions, deadlines and measurable results.
Monitoring projects, budgets, performance and operational efficiency.
Identifying problems, taking initiative and implementing solutions rather than simply reporting issues.
Supporting the development of new business opportunities, partnerships and commercial relationships.
Working with travel planning teams to ensure consistently high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Supporting hospitality and real-estate development projects, coordinating with professionals, suppliers and business partners.
