Change Lead - SAP S/4HANA TransformationContract Opportunity | Hybrid Working Location: Italy, Serbia, Greece, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia or Poland Working Model: Hybrid Contract Type: Initial 6-month contract with extension potentialThe OpportunityWe are partnering with a global organisation undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and are seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive organisational change adoption across multiple business functions and geographies.This is a high-profile role within a complex transformation programme, where you will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies that ensure successful business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training,



and user adoption throughout the SAP S/4HANA journey.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the organisational change management workstream for a multi-country SAP S/4HANA implementation.Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to programme objectives.Conduct stakeholder analysis and create targeted engagement plans.Design and deliver communications, change impact assessments, and business readiness activities.Partner with business leaders, programme teams, system integrators, and local stakeholders.Define and track adoption, readiness, and change success metrics.Identify change risks and develop mitigation plans.Support training strategy development and end-user enablement activities.Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and stakeholder forums.Ensure consistent adoption of new processes, ways of working, and technology capabilities.Required ExperienceProven experience as a Change Lead or Senior Change Manager on large-scale transformation programmes.Strong track record delivering organisational change within SAP programmes, ideally S/4HANA.Experience managing change across multiple countries and culturally diverse environments.Expertise in stakeholder management, communications, training, and business readiness.A
