Order Handling and Customer Support Manager Manager / Team Leader
In this role you lead the Local Division Order Handling team to manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will implement and refine customer service strategy, collaborate across functions, and drive continuous improvement including AI-based order-entry automation. Your work supports ABB’s mission to run what runs the world by delivering reliable, customer-centric service and operational excellence.

Lead and develop the Order Handling team to sustain a high-performance, customer-centric culture
Ensure end-to-end Order-to-Cash execution for domestic and export markets with compliance and policy adherence
Build and maintain proactive customer relationships and drive rapid issue resolution
Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation within Order Handling, including AI-based order entry automation
Collaborate with business counterparts to optimize processes and lead cross-functional initiatives
Solid experience in Order Handling, Customer Support, or related Order-to-Cash roles
Proven leadership experience with ability to develop people and foster accountability
Strong knowledge of SAP and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes (order management, shipping docs, invoicing, transportation, trade, compliance)
Customer service excellence mindset and track record in dynamic environments
Effective communication in Italian and English (written and spoken)
