Stryker is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Extremities business across North and Central Italy. You will build an experienced sales organization, partner with surgeons and hospitals, and drive both direct and indirect channels through a pivotal growth phase.
You will manage a high-potential team, own regional performance, and shape business plans to expand our Extremities portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the territory.
